Ingredients
- 8 - 10 Malabar leaves
- 1/4 cup gram flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mango powder
- Salt
- A few tooth pick
- Oil for shallow fry
- 1 cup prepared fillings

Instructions
You can see the Malabar spinach grown in my garden and how fresh it is.
Going to plug the fresh leaves.
See the size of the leaf.
Wash the leaves and strain water.
Make a semi consistent batter with adding gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, one tsp oil and mango powder.
Take each leaf stuff with one tbsp prepared fillings.
Fold three edges prick with tooth pick so the fillings will not come out.
Do the same process with every leaf then dip into the batter and shallow fry. Turn and fry both sides.
Now it is ready to serve. It can be served as a snacks or with main course.
Notes
Filling is made by mashed potatoes, chpped green chilli, roasted Cummins powder, roasted Corrientes powder, boiled green peas and salt. Make a stir fry.
